I am grateful to have provided healing and guidance to countless clients and to be given the opportunity to expand and teach energy healing in different parts of the world.
Why did I Choose Reiki?
Reiki chose me and in many different ways and it still is choosing me to teach about my own struggles in life which are self-love and to teach love and through my training and experiences it built my holistic relationship with self energetically shifting what no longer serves me and now this is what I do.
My journey is my story and it’s been a long journey, but Reiki has this knowing and it puts others in my path who are learning what I just learned and sometimes what I need to change within self.
I am so grateful to be a witness to beautiful souls experiencing, receiving and stepping into their light as a Reiki Practitioner and blessed to guide them on their journey of experience as their Reiki Master Teacher. I do take this position very seriously but I can only help if they wish to receive it and I had to let this responsibility go.

As an intuitive in an Energetic Coaching Session we work closely with the four most important areas of life known as the four keys to life system and as we receive guidance in many cases where we believe the problem stems is not usually the area of concern energetically but in this process, you will learn to become very self-aware of self.
A Little About Me
In my spare time, I love to hang out with my husband of 30+ years. We love going to the beach to look for heart rocks, enjoying coffee and car rides, and trying new food. Sometimes, we are found on the East Coast trails hiking or on an adventure.
We love to travel, especially to see our son in Edmonton, who is my reason for teaching Reiki, a magical story in itself and one day we have a vision to live within driving distance from him in Alberta. We recently moved to Nova Scotia.
I love hanging out and chatting with dreamers who are CEOs of their own lives/mindsets and understand Self-Study Practice without judgment. Plus, I am usually found studying and enhancing my skills, dreaming, visualizing, meditating, and always with a pen and journal in hand, or creating vision boards or journals of nice homes, cabins, campfires, cozy blankets, books, and oracle cards. I love Oracle Cards and my favourite is Ask Your Guides by Sonia Choquette.
Certifications & Experience
My other area of expertise is a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Holistic Weight Loss Coach, Vision Board Mastery, and Visualization – the power of the mind, and these are all in our 12-week program on holistic health, plus integrated into all trainings in the Energetic Training Zen Den that is now coming to Nova Scotia. These are only some of the credentials of study to receive my knowledge, over 1300 hours of studies which provided me with the outstanding services that is offered, a long with the hundreds of sessions of practice but prior to 2014, I spent 25 years in the Beauty Industry as a hairstylist, business owner and a educator and this title comes from much experience studying the human mind and our thinking with a variety of daily clients. I have come to understand that the internal clutter we carry holds us back from living our lives fully and loving them. I teach you to return to loving your life by energetically clearing the clutter.

- Healings are facilitated in-person or via zoom or through the phone which includes techniques to bring in harmony in all aspects of the mind, body and soul.
- Each Service description is provided but they all include healing, clearing, harmonizing, clearing the Aura, Chakra knowledge and a few more tools from the toolbox of study.
- Each Service is met where the person is in their life and energy field and Reiki Energy is known to be very safe energy with a knowing beyond what we believe needs to be healed.
