Have you ever gave away your power? Maybe to your boss, teacher, family member (spouse) or friend. Sometimes we even give it to a stranger. You allow them to create your being to suit them. I have and I am not proud, but I have been the person who tried to take someone else’s power and mold them to be who I wanted them to be, to make my dreams come true, more than once I will admit. Be honest, have you or are you taking someone else’s power or have you gave away your power? I see it happening daily in life, its causing sickness and disease. What did it create for me?

It created for me sleepless nights, anxious moments, negativity and lost my being, myself lost its authenticity its creativity and my inner was screaming loud and it felt horrible. I could hear it screaming all the time, I was actually aware I was doing this. Why did I keep doing this?

I kept doing it because I had a mentor who week after week for years, she would say, “find someone young and mold them to be who you want them to be”. Yikes! It was consciously put in my mind, but that was false information. Through my discovery journey, I have learned through my self-awareness that we cannot do this, or we can and it’s causing anger, divorce and hatred among people. In the workplace, intimidation is a huge problem, to the point in my research it’s causing people to suffer from anxiety and depression. You can now see how powerful we are. We do not intentionally hurt others, but we do need to become aware of our conscious, what’s programmed in our minds and if it’s all healthy. We need to start with ourselves, and to listen. We need to allow our being to shine and express ourselves and others will follow, we cannot change others to suit our being, what makes our dreams come true.

Own your own power, Choose wisely, live simply and do what makes you happy.

Own your own power, Choose wisely, live simply and do what makes you happy.

Life is complicated, we are forgetting about being’s with feelings and emotions. The world is going so fast, we are thinking of people as robots, doers, we are expressing more and not being kind, we are absorbing nothing. We are thinking of ourselves, but not the way we should with love and compassion. We are racing through life and we are losing ourselves, we are not present, we think we are, but we are just doing what needs to be done to get to the next task, with judgement, hatred, confusion and our words are stressful, foul and just not kind, we are on a mission and not listening to our souls, that are screaming “love me, I am perfect, I am enough”.

I came off work in October 2016, my body said, “enough is enough”. I was exhausted, overwhelmed and feeling like I was living on a hamster wheel, going and going, but not living or absorbing anything, feeling powerless. I was given a second chance to gain strength and work on intimidation. I learned to speak up, step up and learn to say no. It was my decision, my choice how I was going to do this with alternative medicine or conventional medicine. I chose the natural road to wellness and began with self-love. I never knew on that day How, Why or Where it would take me, I was scared financially and I knew I wanted to live the life that I desired. I had big dreams inside me that nobody knew about because I was living the life that I thought was meant for me.

As it unfolded I have watched myself open up and fall in love with myself, live with purpose of doing all the things that I love. When I started loving myself, people who loved me previously came back into my life. I welcomed others into my life and it has been beautiful, the only way I can describe it is, that I got out of my own way and gained back my own power, or did I allow my mind to open and trust and love again. I am not sure, but I will post someday because each day I am open to learning and absorbing what needs to be, to live a healthy grateful life. I only wish this for you, to be powerful!
